About this website
CanCom Studio, based in Los Angeles, California, provides this website to introduce our creative and digital services and help visitors plan a project. These terms describe use of the website; they do not replace a signed project agreement.

Pricing, proposals, and project agreements
Published prices are starting points in US dollars for the described scopes. Final fees, deliverables, timing, revisions, expenses, payment terms, cancellations, and intellectual-property arrangements must be agreed in writing for each project. A website example or starting price is not a promise of a particular result.
Preparing or reviewing a brief keeps your details in the browser and does not send an inquiry. You can edit, copy, or download your brief before choosing to send it. When you acknowledge the Privacy Policy and select “Send my project brief,” your details are submitted to Cancom Studio for review. Sending an inquiry does not book work or create a client relationship; a project starts only after its scope and terms are agreed.
Creative work and example content
CanCom branding, original website design, text, and creative materials belong to CanCom Studio or their respective rights holders. You may browse the site and share links. Reusing or redistributing creative assets for commercial purposes requires permission from the relevant rights holder, except where applicable law permits otherwise.
Concept projects, generated imagery, stock footage, and interactive demonstrations are identified where shown. Fictional brand studies are not presented as commissioned client projects or proof of measured business results. Third-party brands, certifications, software, and media retain their respective ownership and license terms.
Responsible use
Please use the website lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious code, or use the site to impersonate another person.
Share only information you are entitled to provide. Avoid confidential or sensitive details in a website demonstration; arrange an appropriate channel with the studio when that information is needed for a project.
Third-party websites and demonstrations
Embedded websites, virtual tours, and external links are offered to show examples and provide useful context. Their operators control their content, availability, transactions, and data handling. Opening or interacting with them may be subject to their own terms.

We aim to keep website information useful and current, but content, examples, service availability, and pricing may change. The website may occasionally contain errors or be unavailable. Confirm details with the studio before relying on them for a project decision.
Nothing on this page excludes rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Updates to these website terms will be posted here with a revised date; changes to an existing project remain subject to that project’s agreement.
