Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small pieces of information a website can ask your browser to store. Browser local storage, session storage, and similar tools can also remember information or recognize a device. What they do depends on the provider using them.
This notice describes the current CanCom website and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.
The current CanCom website
The current CanCom site code does not set first-party cookies or store visitor information in local storage or session storage. It does not include advertising pixels. On Vercel, Web Analytics and Speed Insights report page usage and performance without using advertising cookies. Vercel creates time-limited visitor identifiers from incoming requests for aggregated analytics. Interactive choices such as a brand palette or project brief are held in the open page rather than a persistent visitor profile.
Copying a brief uses your clipboard; downloading one creates a file you control. Your browser may independently use autofill, caching, or page restoration. A website host may also use operational or security technologies outside the application code.
Embedded websites and virtual tours
Some pages and menu previews load content directly from Matterport, Asmaa Desserts, or Elite Family Medical. An embedded provider receives a browser request when its frame loads, which can happen as you browse without clicking inside it.
Providers may use cookies or similar storage for functionality, security, analytics, or their own other purposes. The exact technologies and lifetimes can change and are controlled by those providers; this page does not claim to be a complete inventory of their cookies.
Read Matterport’s Cookie Policy and the privacy or cookie notices offered by the other embedded websites. External sites you open from a link also have their own policies.
Your choices
- Use your browser’s privacy controls to block third-party cookies, clear website data, or limit tracking. The available settings vary by browser.
- Use any privacy controls offered by the embedded provider. Clearing CanCom site data alone may not clear another provider’s stored data.
- Blocking content or storage can affect embedded websites and tours. The CanCom navigation and locally prepared brief do not require first-party cookies.
This website does not currently provide a cookie preference manager or block external frames pending consent. Our Vercel analytics and performance reporting discards events when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled. This does not control embedded providers, whose behavior depends on their policies and your browser settings. This notice itself does not grant consent to tracking.
Questions and changes
If the site changes its analytics, adds advertising or new storage, or uses different embedded services, this notice and any appropriate visitor controls should be updated to reflect those changes. The date above identifies this version.
Questions about this website can be sent to info@cancomstudio.com. For a specific embedded provider’s cookies, contact that provider.
